So, I had braces back when I was 11 and because I chose not to wear my retainer in all of those subsequent years, I found myself as a middle age woman, needing braces, again. All of my teeth had moved and I was so self-conscious that I was doing that whole "Mona Lisa smile" in pictures. I knew I needed braces but I was totally dreading the experience. Fast forward to my first visit with Lauren Manfred and her awesome team. From the moment I walked into their stylish office, I felt comfortable. Every member of the team is warm, kind and experienced. Every time I showed up they seemed genuinely happy to see me and they always asked about my family, kids, etc. I found myself looking forward to my visits. Also, they made the braces experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. Dr. Manfred also managed my expectations well- her initial estimate of an 18-month stint actually turned into a 16-month stint. Needless to say I was ecstatic to get my braces off early. The best part of the whole experience is that my teeth look amazing. Dr. Manfred is a self-proclaimed "perfectionist" and that is exactly how my teeth look now... perfect! Now I am back to smiling big and proud in pictures. And when it comes time for my kids to have braces, I am happy to know that they will be treated by the best team of orthodontic professionals around- the team at Manfred Orthodontics.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Manfred and her staff and the amazing experience we had from start to finish! Absolutely every person there is the kindest, sweetest, most fun and professional. Dian is a wealth of knowledge for insurance questions and walking you through the consultation process. Penny is the sweetest and most accommodating front desk superstar who always is cheerful and fun to talk to. Jacqueline and Staphany are the greatest assistants and are so patient and gentle yet upbeat and personable. And, Dr. Manfred is amazing! Talk about brains and beauty; she has it all! I love Manfred Orthodontics so much that I’m sad our journey is over for now. The time and care they have taken with my son is top-notch and even he is sad he won’t see everybody regularly. And to top off our already excellent experience, they all knew how much my son loves coins and when he got his braces off, Dr. Manfred and her staff presented him with an engraved coin with his name and the date his braces were removed! (A few tears were shed!) This just shows how thoughtful they are and how they truly care about their patients. Did I mention the office is clean, organized, modern, and adorable? So, if you are looking for an orthodontist, do not look any further because you will not find any better!
I visited many orthodontist offices before choosing Dr. Manfred. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with her and the entire staff! Penny in the front office is awesome and very accommodating with appointments. The office is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated. Dr. Manfred (besides being absolutely gorgeous) is honest, professional, and knows what she is doing. I have referred many of my daughters friends to Dr.Manfred who have all been so pleased with their experience here. She is definitely one of the best Orthodontist in the OC area!
Dr. Manfred has created an incredible environment for children (and adults) to get their ortho work done. She is a gifted practitioner but also seems to love people and interacting with her patients. My son Sean, 13, just completed his treatment here, and he said that Dr. Manfred was always nice and also gentle. Her office takes almost all PPO dental plans, but if your dental plan doesn’t cover ortho or you have a DHMO plan (or you have no dental coverage) she may be open to a small cash discount. Ask the front desk and see, you never know!As someone who has worked in the group dental industry for over 20+ years, I hold this office up as a model for what exceptional dentistry looks like. Her thriving practice and full office suggest that many others share my view. Amazing!
Thank you and 2 thumbs up for Manfred Orthodontics. Exceptional staff and office. Office is welcoming with a nice seating area and beverages while you wait. Very large freestyle chalkboard if you have a younger one waiting with you. Teeth brushing station with tooth brush and tooth paste also offered. Exam area is bright, open, and clean. Every single time we had to visit...nothing but smiles and clear communication. Justin had expanders ordered and followed with braces. Consultation was relaxed with nice payment options. Price was very reasonable. I asked Justin what he likes about Manfred Orthodontics. ...”They’re nice and you get to brush your teeth there before your visit.” Highly REC this place! Wish they would put in a golf putting course in the waiting area !
We love Dr Manfred and her entire staff. My daughter first began treatment with DR Manfred last October, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the changes we already see in her teeth. My daughter is extremely shy and DR Manfred and her entire team make her feel important, special and like her opinion and thoughts count, and this makes her lot less scared. My daughter actually looks forward to her appointments. What's best is we NEVER have to wait long past our appointments. They are always right on time . This is so beneficial when scheduling an appointment while school is in session. We usually book first thing in the morning and I have my daughter back in class before the end of first period and her school is on the opposite side of town. Thank goodness we found Manfred Orthodontics. We look forward to continuing our orthodontic adventures with her and her team!
