I felt very welcome, they answered all my questions and they never once pushed me into a decision I wasn't comfortable with. Her staff are also great! From Penny at the front desk to Jaq and all her techs. It was truly a welcoming environment. I chose ceramic braces, which were a bit more expensive, but that's what made me the most comfortable. Overall, we aimed for 2-years (which for an adult is fairly standard), but it ended up being more like 3.5. However, this was due to the stubbornness of my teeth and the plethora of travel I did. I wasn't charged for the extra time as it was included in the whole treatment.

I would highly recommend Dr. Manfred and her office if you're looking to have braces done.

No one gets to sneak into the waiting room, either; the second you open the door you're greeted with a very warm welcome from Penny. This practice is so much more than an orthodontic practice. Dr. Manfred has put her heart and soul into her practice and it is clearly evident. As an adult patient, I was not a good one. I didn't wear my trays enough hours in the day so I was always cancelling my appt. to push it forward so I could catch up with the straightening process.
